Minced mutton – 250 gm
Green peas – ½ cup cooked
Onion – 1 large chopped
Tomato – 2 pureed
Ginger garlic paste -2 tea spoon
Green chili – 2
Coriander powder – 1 table spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
Red chili powder – 2 tea spoon
Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
Cardamom - 1
Coriander leaves – to garnish
Oil – 2 tea spoon
Heat oil in a kadai add cloves, cinnamon and cardamom and fry.
Add chopped onion, green chili and saute till onion color changes to golden brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute well.
Add tomato puree and saute till oil comes up.
Add all the powders and saute for a while add washed keema to it and cook by adding salt and 1/4 cup water
When keema is cooked add cooked mattar (green peas) and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti.
