Minced Lamb : 500gms
Onion : 1, chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 Tablespoon
Turmeric : half teaspoon
Chilli powder : 1 Tablespoon
Black Pepper powder : half teaspoon
Garam Masala : 2 teaspoon
Green Chilli : 2, slit length wise
Tomato : 1, chopped
Cardamom (Elaichi) : 3 pods
Cumin (Jeera) : half teaspoon
Salt as per your taste
Oil : 4 Tablespoon
Coriander leaves to garnish
Heat the oil in a pan.
Add the cumin and cardamom.
Add the chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
Add chilli powder, turmeric, black pepper and garam masala and saute for 10 seconds.
Add the minced lamb meat and add half cup of water and salt as per your taste.
Cover the pan with a lid then bring to boil and simmer for around 20 minutes.
Now add the chopped tomatoes and cook again until the tomato blends into the keema.
Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilli and simmer for five minutes.
Lamb Keema is now ready, serve with roti, naan or chapatti.
