Lamb Liver Fry Recipe

Ingredients Lamb Liver - 400gm

Ingredients for Marinating
Chilli powder - 2 Tsp
Coriander powder - 2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala - 1 Tsp
Black Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 3 Tablespoon
Salt as per taste

For Frying
Chopped onions - 1/2 Cup
Garlic - 2 pods
Ginger - one small piece
Pepper corns - 1 Tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Cooking InstructionsWash the liver and marinate it with the ingredients for marinating for about hour.
In a pan cook the marinated liver adding little water.
When the liver is almost cooked remeve from the stove and keep aside.
Take a frying pan and heat some oil.
Add the chopped onionsand saute.
Add the curry leaves, ginger and garlic and saute again.
Now add the liver along with any juices that remains and fry in low heat until its fry.
Serve hot with chapati/roti..mmm yummy!!!
