Mutton (boneless) 1/2 kg
Coconut Kernal 150 gm
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Pepper corn 5
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Curry leaves few springs
Coriander leaves (Chopped) For Garnish
Coconut oil as required
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
Clean mutton and cut them into cubes
Cook the mutton with ginger garlic paste and garam masala, till soft and tender.
Slice the coconut kernel into small pieces and fry till golden brown (in coconut oil)
Chop the onions and sauté in oil along with mustard seeds & curry leaves. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder and fry, till oil leaves the masala.
Add the cooked mutton cubes to the sauted masala and cook for about 10 minutes on slow fire.
Add fried coconut slices and salt to taste.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve piping hot.
