Onion 2 chopped
Tomato 3 chopped
Green chili 4
Fresh curd 1 cup beaten
Oil 4 table spoon
Cinnamon 1 inch piece
Ginger 2 inch piece
Garlic pods 8
Coriander powder 1 table spoon
Red chili powder 1 ½ table spoon
Turmeric powder ½ tea spoon
Cumin seeds 1 tea spoon
Grind together ginger, garlic, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cumin seeds into a fine paste.
Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add the garam masala, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom and fry.
Add chopped onion and sauté till it turns light brown.
Add chopped tomato and sauté till it become soft.
Add the ground masala and fry in the oil along with mutton till colour of mutton turns golden brown.
Add beaten curd and salt mix well.
Add half cup water and cook for 5-6 whistle.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
