Pineapple Pachadi Recipe

Ingredients Pine apple-1/2- cut into small pieces.
Turmeric powder- 1/4 teaspoon.
Green chilies-3 nos.
Ginger- a very small piece.
Grated coconut-1 cup
Curd-4 table spoon.
Oil, mustard, dry red chilies and curry leaves for seasoning.
Cooking InstructionsCook the pineapple pieces with 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder and salt in a little water. Grind the coconut with the green chilies and ginger in to a fine paste. Mix the curd with this paste and add to the cooked pineapple. Heat the oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds. When the spluttering is over, add dry red chilies and curry leaves. Add the whole seasoning to the pine apple pachadi and put off fire when the whole thing begins to boil.
