IngredientsCabbage / Beans - 500 gm
Shallots - 6 (or use 1/2 onion)
Green chillies - 3
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Cooking InstructionsShred the cabbage finely. Mix with grated coconut and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and pop the mustard seeds. Saute onions (or shallots) well. Add geen chillies and curry leaves. Saute for 2 mins. Add turmeric powder and mix well. Add the shredded cabbage and grated coconut mix. Cook with closed lid. After every 3 mins open the lid and mix well.
