Pork - 500g (cut into small pieces)
Chopped Onions - 1 Cup
Chilli Powder - 2 Tablespoon
Garlic paste - 2 Teaspoon
Ginger paste - 1 Teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 Teaspoon
Mustard seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Vinegar - 2 Tablespoon
Oil - 3 Tablespoon
Heat oil and add mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds splutter add onions saute it in low fire until it turn light brown. Mix the chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and pepper with a little water in a small bowl and add the mixture to the onions and stir for two minutes. Add the ginger and garlic paste and saute for two minutes.Add the pork, salt and vinegar and mix it well. Add little water and cover the lid of the pan. Leave it until the meat is well cooked and oil floats on top.
