Pork Sausage - 300g (preferably thin skinless sausages)
Black Pepper Powder - 2 Tsp
Onions - 1 Small
Green Chilli - 4
Turmeric powder - A pinch
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Oil - 2 TBsp
Cut the sausages into thin circles.
Chop the onions and cut the green chillies length wise.
Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions.
Saute until the onions are light brown
Add the turmeric powder, curry leaves and green chilli.
Add the sliced sausage pieces and mix well.
Sprinkle in the pepper powder and stir fry for 5 to 10 minutes in low flame.
This can be served with chapatis or bread.
