Pork Vindaloo Recipe

Ingredients Pork - 1 Kg
Green Chillies - 5 (Finely Chopped)
Dry Red Chillies - 10
Cinnamon - 1 small stick
Cardamom - 3
Coriander - 1 TBsp
Garlic - 3 Pods
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Cumin - 1 Tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Pepper - c
Vinegar - 5 TBSp
Oil - 5 TBSp
Salt as required
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig
Cooking InstructionsCut the meat into medium size pieces.
Grind red chillies in little vinegar and make a paste along with coriander, cumin, pepper, cinnamon, cardamom and turmeric.
Marinate the pork with the above masala paste, remaining vinegar and salt for atleast 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan add chopped green chillis, curry leaves, ginger and garlic.
Saute for two minutes then add the meat and fry.
Cook in low heat until the pork is tender.

This dish goes well with chapatis, parotta or bread.
