Basmathi rice cooked 3 cup
Oil 2table spoon
Ghee 3 table spoon
Cumin seeds 2 tea spoon
Onion 1 chopped
Green chili 3
Ginger paste 2 table spoon
Garlic paste 1 ½ table spoon
Red chili powder 1 tea spoon
Pepper seeds 1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder ¾ tea spoon
Green peas cooked 1 cup
Paneer 200 gm cut into small pieces
Coriander leaves 1 table spoon
Lime juice 1 table spoon
Salt to taste
Heat oil and ghee together in a vessel then fry cumin seeds in it.
Add ginger garlic paste and pepper seeds to it and sauté for a while.
Add chopped onion and green chili to it and sauté well till brown.
Add red chili powder, salt, cooked green peas and paneer to it and mix well.
Add cooked rice to it and mix gently.
Add chopped coriander leaves and lime juice mix well and serve hot.
