Basmathi rice – ½ kg
Prawn – 200 gm
Turmeric powder – ¼ tea spoon
Red chilli powder – 2 tea spoon
Ghee – 3 table spoon
Garlic – 1 table spoon chopped
Green chilli – 1 table spoon chopped
Onion – 3 chopped
Celery – 1 bunch chopped
Salt – to taste
Cook basmathi rice in water. Drain water and keep aside
Marinate prawn with chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt for 30 min.
Fry the marinated prawn in oil.
Heat ghee in a vessel. Add chopped green chilli and garlic sauté well then sauté onion till brown.
Add celery and fry in ghee then add the prawn and cooked rice mix well and serve.
