IngredientsDried Prawns - 150 gm
Grated Coconut - 1 cup
Shallots (Kunjulli) - 4
Dry Red Chilly - 5 pieces
Curry Leaves - 5
Tamarind paste - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
Cooking InstructionsHeat oil and fry shallots, red chillies and dried prawns. Add curry leaves and saute for some more time. Let the mixture cool and grind it with coconut, tamarind and salt.Photos (Click to enlarge) :
