IngredientsShrimps - 500 gm
Shallots (small onions) - 5
Onion - 1 (sliced)
Ginger - 1 inch (Chopped)
Garlic - 4 cloves (Chopped)
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Coconut slices - 1/4 cup
Vinegar - 2 tsp
Salt - as needed
Curry leaves - as needed
Oil
Cooking InstructionsCook shrimp,ginger,garlic,small onions,chilli powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,coconut slices,salt,vinegar and curryleaves with just enough water in medium low flame until shrimp is cooked and sauce is almost dry.In a pan, heat oil and saute sliced onion til it is almost brown in color. Add the cooked shrimp masla into this and fry till oil separates and the dish is almost dry.Photos (Click to enlarge) :
