IngredientsPomfret or king fish - 500 gm
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
Shallots - 2
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Cooking InstructionsClean the Fish and cut into required size.

Grind the garlic, ginger and shallots. Mix this with turmeric powder, chilli powder, pepper powder and salt. Marinate the fish with the mix and keep aside for half an hour.

Heat oil and fry the fish on both sides over a medium fire.
