Aval Kuzhachathu (Sweet Poha) Recipe

Ingredients Poha / Aval - 2 cups
Gud / Jaggery - 1 cup
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Grated Coconut (optional) - 1/2 or 1 cup
Cardamom powder (for taste)
Cooking InstructionsIn a frying pan pour ghee and saute the poha till its crisp and golden brown and leave it aside.Then melt the jaggery and add the grated coconut and the cardomom powder. To this add the sauted poha and cook till the jaggery leaves the side of the pan. Can eat it along with plantain.
