Aval Nanachathu Recipe

Ingredients Aval - 2 cups
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Jaggery(Sharkkara) or sugar - 1/2 cup
Salt - a pinch
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Milk or coconut water or plain water - to mix the aval
Cooking InstructionsMix the aval with sharkkara or sugar adding water or coconut water or milk according to your choice. Mix well. Add cardamom powder and grated sugar and mix thorughly. Keep aside for half an hour. Serve with ripe bananas.
