Beetroot - 3
Potatoes - 2
Onions - 1 chopped
Garlic - 3 Cloves (finely chopped)
Ginger - 1/4 inch piece
Green chilli - 4 (finely chopped)
Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
Bread crumbs- 1/2 Cup
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
Egg - 1 (seperate the york and use only egg white)
Cook and mash the potatoes and beetroot and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add onions, ginger, garlic, green chillies and fry until onion turn brown.
Add the mashed potatoes, beetroot, garam masala salt and cooke for a few minutes.
Turn off the heat and leave the mixture to cool down for a few minutes.
Take a small balls of the mixture and shape it.
Dip it in egg white and then on bread crumbs and shallow fry the cutlets.
Serve hot with sauce.
