chicken masala-2 tspn
garam masala-1/2 tspn
oil and water-as required
salt to taste
Cut onion,cloves and green chilli into small pieces.
Heat the pan. Pour two teaspoon oil and saute onion, cloves and chilli. When it become golden brown add turmeric powder, chicken masala, garam masala and salt. Add some water and let the chicken cook by covering the pan with a lid. Allow to dry up water completly. Remove from flame and keep aside.
ttake 1 slice of bread and dip in water. remove excess water by gently squeezing between palms. put a little butter on side of bread and spread the prepared filling in it.roll the bread and fix the end with flour. Dip in oats so that it can attach on sides. Repeat this with all bread slices.
In pan take enough oil and put in medium flame. When oil become hot put the prepared roll in it and deep fry.
