Churulappam (Maida Rolls) Recipe

Ingredients Maida (All purpose flour) - 1 cup
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp (According to sweetness required)
Crushed cardamom - 1/2 tsp
Water - enough to make a thin batter
salt - a pinch
Cooking InstructionsMix the grated coconut with sugar and crushed cardamom. Make a thin batter of maida in water adding a pinch of salt. Heat the pan and smear some oil or ghee on it. Spread the batter like a thin dosa. When it becomes almost dry on top, put the coconut mix in the centre and fold the dosa from both sides. Seal the edges by pressing with spatula. Serve hot.
