Ingredients4 Eggs
1 Cup Green Peas
1/4 inch Ginger
1 Onion Chopped
2 Garlic pods
Salt to taste
1 Tsp Pepper powder
Oil as needed
Curry Leaves 1 Sprig
1/2 Tsp Mustard seeds
4 green Chillies
Cooking InstructionsHeat the oil in a pan or wok. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger, garlic, onion and stir fry until the onions turn pale yellow. Add green peas, salt and cook until the green peas is almost cooked. Add the eggs, green chillies, peper and stir fry.
This dish is very popular among drinkers who frequently visit KTDC beer parlours in Kerala.
