Mixed Veg Cutlet Recipe

Ingredients 1. Carrot - 1, grated
2. Green peas – 2 Tbsp
3. Cabbage - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
4. Beans – 3 Tbsp, finely chopped
5. Onion - 1, finely chopped
6. Green chili - 4
7. Ginger-garlic paste – 2 Tsp
8. Potato - 4, cooked and mashed
9. Pepper powder – 1 tsp
10. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
11. Egg - 4
12. Bread crumbs - 1 cup
13. Salt - to taste
14. Coriander leaves – 1 Tbsp
15. Oil - to fry
Cooking Instructions1. Cook the ingredients 1 - 4 in steam and keep it aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, green chili, and ginger-garlic paste in it.
3. When it’s well sautéed, then add the cooked veggies, mashed potatoes, pepper powder, garam masala, salt and coriander leaves to it and mix all the ingredients well in flame for 2 - 4 min.
4. Take it from flame and take lemon sized balls out of it and press lightly on your hand to make round cutlets.
5. Separate egg white from the yolk and dip the cutlets in the egg white and then in the bread crumbs.
6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets on both sides untile golden brown.
