Pan cooked Jam Rolls Recipe

Ingredients Eggs-3
Sugar-2 Tbsp
Maida (Plain Flour) - 2 Tbsp
Ghee-1 Tsp
Jam- 3 Tbsp
Cooking InstructionsBeat egg and sugar using an egg beater or hand mixer. When the mix beats upto about double amount, add plain flour(maida) and beat again using egg beater. Heat a non stick pan (tawa) and add ghee. Then add egg mixture to the pan. Cover the pan and reduce flame. Simmer the mixture until it start to dry. Take off heat and put a layer of jam on top. When it cools, tightly roll and cover with foil paper. Keep in the fridge for about 15 mins. Slice it and serve as a dessert or tea time snack.
