Quick Kebabs Recipe

Lamb- 1kg (boneless)
Ginger-5 tsp(finely grated )
Garlic -3 tsp (crushed)
Green chillies -5 (chopped)
Red shilly powder-1 tsp
Garam masala -1 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper-as per taste
Oil-30 ml
Cut each cube of meat into narrower thick pieces.
Combine ginger, garlic, green chillies, red chilly powder and salt.
Marinate the meat with the above mixture and sprinkle black pepper over it.
Set the meat aside for two hours.
Heat oil in a non stick frying pan over a medium flame.
Put all the meat and slowly bring it to simmer.
Cover and continue to cook for about five minutes or until the meat is tender.
The meat wil get cooked in its juices.
Remove cover and turn up heat a bit.Add garam masala.
Boil away all the juice and gently fry(add oil if required) the meat until it turns brown.
Serve it hot with Nan or Rotti
