1. Soya Chunks - 30 to 50
2. Chicken Fry masala - 3 tablespoons
Chilli powder - depends on spiciness required,
salt - to taste
3. Oil for frying
Soak soya chunks in water for about 10 minutes.
Take out the chunks and make sure that all water is squeezed out.
Marinate the chunks with chicken fry masala, chillipowder (optional), salt and a little oil.
Keep refrigerated for about 30 minutes. Deep fry the soya chunks in hot oil for about 5-10 minutes till dark brown.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
