Tapioca Fish patties Recipe

Ingredients Fish - 250gm, boneless
Tapioca – 500 gm
Ghee -1 Tbsp
Onion - 1 cup
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
Green chili - 2
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - a small bunch
Curry leaves - few
Oil - as required
Salt - to taste

Cooking InstructionsCook the fish with salt as per taste and mince it.
Cook tapioca slices in another vessel with required salt, mash it, and mix it with ghee.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the finely chopped onion, ginger, green chili, coriander leaves and curry leaves in it.
Then add the chili powder, turmeric powder and garam masala to it and sauté again.
Add the minced fish to it and pour 2 to 3 tablespoon of water and cook till the water has dried up from the masala. Remove from heat and leave it to cool.
Thoroughly mix this fish masala and the mashed tapioca and make small patties out of it.
Fry it oil and serve it hot.
