Unnakkaya Recipe

Ingredients Banana - 3
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Khuskhus (Poppy seeds) - 1 Tbspn
Cashew nuts - 5 or 6
Oil to fry
Cooking InstructionsSteam cook the banana and mash it into a smooth paste such that it can be rolled easily. Keep it aside.
Take a frying pan, add oil and fry the cashew nuts.
Then add the grated coconut and saute until light brown color and add Khuskhus to it. Keep it aside.

Now take a ball of banana paste and flatten it in your hand in a circle.
Put the mixture of grated coconut, cashews, khusjhus on it, then fold and roll it into a shape similar to the fruit of a cotton plant.
Make such 5 or 6 pieces and fry it in oil. It is very delicious and easily made snack.
