Vazhakka Appam Recipe

Ingredients Maida (Plain Flour) - 1 cup
Rice Flour (Optional) - 2 tbsp
Egg -1
Sugar - 4 tbsp (Depends on sweetness required)
Salt - a pinch
Ripe Vazhakka (Ethakka) - 3
Cooking InstructionsMix maida, rice flour, egg, sugar and salt with water to form a thick paste. Slice the banana (ethakka). Dip in the flour mix and keep for sometime. Heat oil in deep pan and deep fry the banana pieces.

Serve hot with tea.
