Chicken Breast: 500gm
Chicken Stock: 3 Cups
Carrots : 2
Spinach : 2 cups
Celery : 2 sticks
Leeks : 2 sticks
Garlic : 3 cloves
Oil: 2 Tablespoon
Salt and Pepper to taste
Boil the chicken breast along with the stock and little bit salt until the chicken is fuly cooked.
Remove the cooked chicken piece and leave it to cool, Keep the stock water aside.
Take another sauce pan heat the oil and add crushed garlic,and chopped carrots, celery, leeks and spinach and saute in low flame for a minute
Add the stock water that remained after cooking the chicken.
Cover the sauce pan and cook the vegetables until the carrots are cooked.
In the meantime shred the chicken into small pieces.
When the vegetables are cooked add the shredded chicken pieces, salt and pepper.
Simmer for a minute. Your soup is now ready.
