Cream Of Chicken Soup Recipe

Ingredients 1. Chicken stock - 750. ml
2. Refined flour - 30. gm
3. Butter - 30 .gm
4. Milk - 300. ml
5. Boiled chicken - 60. gm
6. Pepper - A pinch
7. Salt - To taste
8 . Cream - 30 ml.
Cooking Instructions1. Prepare white sauce with flour, butter & milk
2. Add chicken stock to the sauce & mix well..
3. Boil the soup and add chicken pieces and seasoning...
4. Garnish with cream & serve hot
