Chicken – 1 large breast fillet or similar portion of boneless chicken
Water – 6 cup
Sweet corn – half cup
Corn flour – 2 tablespoon
Egg – 1
Salt – to taste
Pepper powder – half tea spoon
Sugar – ¼ tea spoon
Cook the chicken in 6 cups of water.
When fully cooked remove the chicken piece and cut into small pieces.
Add the sweet corn and chicken pieces back in to the same water and boil again.
Make a fine paste of corn flour with half cup of water and add it to the chicken corn mix.
Beat the egg with salt and pepper and gently add it to the soup.
Stir continuously and cook in medium heat for 5 minutes.
Turn off and serve the soup hot.
