1 Baby Chicken
3 Celery sticks cut into thin slices
Salt and pepper as per taste
Wash and clean the chicken.
Take water in a large pot and cook the chicken and the bones start to split off.
Remove any impurities from the surface as the chicken cooks.
Meanwhile cut the carrots and celery into matchstick size pieces.
When the chicken is fully cooked remove it from the pot and let it cool for a while
Add the carrots and celery to the pot and cook in low flame.
Remove the bones from the chicken and add the meat chunks back into the pot.
Cook further in low flame until the vegatbles are cooked.
Season with salt and pepper as per your taste.
Serve hot in soup bowls.
