IngredientsDry coconut powder - 4 cups
Sweetened condensed milk - 2 cups
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Almond (grated) - 1/2 tsp
Pistachios (grated) - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Ghee - 1 tsp
Butter - 1 tsp
Cooking InstructionsIn a pan heat ghee and lightly fry the coconut powder. Dont let it turn brown. Remove from heat. After it has cooled, add the sweetened condensed milk, cardamom powder, almond powder and pistachio powder. Mix well. Allow it to cool. Coat a dish with butter. Spread the mix evenly in the dish. Press and fill in with uniform thickness. Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Remove from fridge and cut in diamond shape.Photos (Click to enlarge) :
