Eggs - 3
Sugar - 6 tbsp
Self Raising Flour - 6 tbsp (or Plain Flour)
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Vanilla essence - few drops
Separate the white and yolks of the eggs. In a dish whisk the whites of the egg using a hand blender. Add the sugar and keep whisking. The aim is to incorporate as much air into the mix as possible. Add the yolks and keep beating. Finally the mixture should be of creamy consistency with lot of air. Add the baking powder, self raising flour, vanilla esssence and mix well. Coat a baking dish with butter on all sides. Spread the mix in the baking dish. Oven bake at 150 degree for about 20 mins.
