Badam Halwa Recipe

Ingredients Badam(almonds) 200gm
Cashew nut 100 gm
Sugar 1 cup
Milk 1 cup
Khoya 100 gm
Saffron (soaked in warm milk) a pinch
Cardamom powder tea spoon
Raisin to garnish
Cooking InstructionsSoak badam in warm water for 1 hour and remove the skin
Soak cashew in warm milk and blend together with badam to a fine paste
Add sugar to the milk and heat in medium flame stirring continuously
As it starts boiling out add the mashed khoya and saffron
Add cardamom powder, mix well and turn off the heat
Fry the raisins in ghee and garnish
