Plain flour (Maida) - 100g
Powdered sugar (Icing sugar) -100g
Milk -1/4 cup
Baking powder -1 teaspoon
Butterscotch essence - 1/4 Tsp
Whipping cream- 600 ml
Beat together powdered sugar and butter with an egg beater or hand mixer.
Add egg into this mix and beat for about 6 minutes until you get a smooth mixture.
Add plain flour little by little and fold the mix very slowly.
Add baking powder, butterscotch essence and milk.
Preheat the oven into 180 degree. Put the mixture into a suitable baking tin and bake for 45 minutes.
Decorate using whipped cream.
