Cashew nuts – 200 gm.
Sugar – 200 gm.
Water – 1 cup
Khoya – 100 gm.
Ghee – ½ cup
Cardamom powder – ¼ tea spoon
Powder cashews in a mixer, then add khoya and mix well.
Make sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water together and add the cashew khoya powder to it.
Cook in slow flame until the mixture leaves from the sides of the pan. Add cardamom powder, ghee mix well.
Grease a plate with ghee, spread above mixture to ¼ inch thickness. Mark it into diamond shape using a knife.
Cool thoroughly and take out pieces.
