China Grass Pudding Recipe

Ingredients Any chocolate biscuit - 100gm
Condensed milk-1 tin
Milk-1/2ltr
China grass-5gm
Hot watter-1/2 cup
Butter-50gm
Coco powder-1 Ĺtsp
Hot milk-1/2 cup
Sugar-3tbsp
Cashew-100gm, chopped
Vanilla essence-1drop
Cooking InstructionsSoak china grass in half cup hot water and keep it aside for 15min.
In another sauce pan boil milk with three-fourth of the condensed milk and two tablespoon of sugar. Stir continuously.
Melt the soaked china grass along with the hot water by stirring continuously. Pour it to the boiling milk mixture by filtering it.
Heat it in flame for some time by stirring continuously.
Convert it to a pudding tray and refrigerate it for 1 hour to set.
Break the biscuits to small pieces and mix it with the butter.
Sprinkle it throughout the china grass pudding once itís set.
Mix coco powder with the hot milk and set it in low flame.
Add the remaining 1tbsp of sugar and chopped cashew to it and stir it continuously in flame for some time till it attains a thickness.
Pour this sauce on top of the sprinkled biscuits and refrigerate it again for 2-3 hours.
Serve it chilled
