Milk powder - 1 glass
Rava - 1 tablespoon
Curd - 1 tablespoon
Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Baking soda - 1 pinch
Fresh cream - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 cup
Water - for need
Oil - to fry
Take a bowl and add milk powder, rava, baking soda and mix it well.
Then add curd,ghee and fresh cream to make a dough similar to chapathi dough.
Take small amount dough make small balls out of it
Boil some water in a pan
When water is boiled, add sugar and mix it.
In a frying pan pour some oil and fry small dough balls in a low flame.
Add the fried ball into the sugar solution.
Gulab Jamun is ready!!!
