Dates - 50gm
Badam - 50gm
Raisins - 50gm
Honey - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1 ltr
Sugar - 1 cup
Flour - 2 tsp
Vanilla essence - 2 drops
Butter - 1 tbsp
Soak the dry fruits in ½ cup of honey and keep it aside for 1 hour.
Mix the flour with 3 teaspoon of milk.
Heat the milk and mix sugar, vanilla essence, and flour paste with it. Stir it continuously for 3-5 min and take it from flame. Let it cool for some time.
When the milk mixture cools, add butter to it and beat it for 2-3 min.
Freeze it for some time. When its half set, take it out of the refrigerator and beat it again for some time.
Mix the dry fruits soaked in honey to the ice-cream and convert it to an ice-cream tray and freeze it for 2-5 hours.
Serve it chilled.
