Milk - 2 ½ cup
Corn flour - 1 ½ Tbsp
Condensed milk - 150ml
Saffron - ½ tsp
Pista - 5
Badam (Almond) - 5
Sugar - 2 Tbsp
Heat milk, corn flour, sugar and condensed milk in medium flame by stirring it continuously untill it boils well.
Reduce the flame to low and stir it again for 10 min.
Peel the badam and slice the badam and pista to small pieces.
Soak the saffron in one tablespoon of hot milk.
Add the sliced badam and pista and saffron soaked milk to the boiling milk mixture and stir it well.
Take it from flame and let it cool.
Pour this mixture to kulfi mould and freeze it until set.
Once it is completely frozen, insert a stick and take it out of the mould.
