1) Rice (Ghee rice) - 1 cup
2) Milk - 1 litre
3) Sugar - 1 cup
4) Elachi powder - 1/2 teaspoon
5) Ghee - 2 tablespoon
6) Khova - 250gm
7) Cashew - 1 tablespoon
8) Raisin - 1 tablespoon
Cook ghee rice in a cooker(4-5 whistle).
Open the lid and add milk slowly to the rice.
Let the milk to boil and then add the sugar.
Add elachi powder to the milk.
Fry cashew and raisin in ghee add this to the milk.
Finally add khova mixed with little water to the milk
