Apricot - 250gm
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Water - 3 cup
Fresh cream - 1/4 cup
1) Soak apricoat in water for 6 to 8 hours
2) Remove the seed
3) Boil apricots in same water till it become soft (approx : 10 min)
4) Cool and pour into a bowl along with puree
5) Serve with cream or ice cream
It is a traditional hyderabadi desert very tasty and easy to prepare:)
