Sooji rawa – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
Pine apple – ¾ cup
Ghee – 1 cup
Boiled Milk – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup
Kesar colour – a pinch
Raisin , Cashew - few
Heat ghee in a kadai and fry the rawa in it.
Heat ghee in a pan add raisins and cashews. Saute well and then add pine apple, rawa and sugar.
Mix well then add boiled milk slowly to the rawa.
Add kesar colour and mix well.
Add the water and cook for 7 to 10 min.
You can serve this as a desert or evening snack
