Pumpkin – 2 cup grated
Sugar – 1 ½ cup
Milk – 2 cup
Cardamom – ¼ teaspoon
Cashew nuts – 10
Pumpkin seed – 2 teaspoon
Ghee – ¼ cup
Almonds grated – 2 table spoon
Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashew and raisin in it.
Heat a sauce pan with one cup water in it; add sugar and boil.
When syrup gets thick consistency, remove from heat.
Heat milk with pumpkin pieces in it and boil till pumpkin become soft, stir occasionally add more milk if needed.
When halwa thickens add sugar syrup and fried cashews and raisin along with ghee in it.
Cook for a while and remove from heat.
Take steel plate grease the plate with ghee and spread the halwa in it in half inch thickness.
Garnish with grated almonds
Leave the halwa to cool and cut it in diagonal shape.
