Condensed milk – 1 tin
Milk – 1 cup
Corn flour – 1 table spoon
Cardamom powder – ½ tea spoon
Bread – 8 slices
Almonds chopped – 1 table spoon
Ghee – to fry
Sugar – 1 cup
Water – 1 cup
To prepare sugar syrup boil sugar and water together in a pan.
Boil condensed milk and milk together in a pan by stirring continuously.
Make a thick paste of corn flour by mixing with 3 table spoon of milk and add this paste to milk mix.
Add cardamom powder and stir continuously until it become thick.
Cut each bread slices into 4 pieces.
Heat ghee in a kadai, fry the bread slices and immediately put in sugar syrup.
Place the bread slices from sugar syrup into a pudding bowl and pour the milk mix on the top of each bread slices.
Garnish with chopped almonds and refrigerate.
