Aloo Palak Tamatar Recipe

Ingredients Potato - 2 medium, cut into small pieces
Spinach leaves (Chopped) - 1 cup
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Tomato - 1 (chopped)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Green chilli - 2
Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Cooking InstructionsHeat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds and onion.
When onion turns golden brown add ginger garlic paste and saute well.
Add tomato and saute till tomato become soft.
Add the powders and garam masala mix well.
Add the potatoes, salt and half cup of water, close with a lid and cook for 7 mins in medium heat.
Add spinach leaves and mix well.
Cook for another 4 minutes with closed lid.
Serve hot with roti.
