Brussel Sprouts - 500g
Butter - 2 TBsp
Olive oil - 1 TBsp
Lemon Juice - 2 TBsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Boil water in a pan.
Add the brussel and pinch of salt to the pan of boiling water and cook for 2 minutes.
Drain the water and Cut the brussel sprout into two halves then remove the core.
In another pan heat the olive oil and add the brussel sprouts and 1 TBsp lemon juice.
Stir for 1 minute and remove from heat.
Add in the butter, remaining lemon juice and pepper.
