Cauliflower – 1 small
Tomato – 2 chopped
Onion – 2 large chopped
Green chili – 3
Ginger – 1 inch piece grated
Garlic – 10 chopped
Red chili powder – 2 tea spoon
Garam masala – ¼ tea spoon
Tomato sauce – 5 tea spoon
Curry leaves – few
Dip cauliflower florets in hot water for 10 minutes.
Heat 2 tea spoon of oil in a kadai and shallow fry cauliflower in it.
Heat 2 tea spoon oil in another vessel add chopped ginger, garlic and green chili in it, saute for a while.
Add onion and saute till color turns golden brown.
Add chopped tomato and saute till it become soft.
Add the powders and fried cauliflower and mix well.
Add tomato sauce and mix well, add salt and half cup of water and cook till gravy become thick.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
