Easy Pavakkai Fry Recipe

Ingredients Pavakkai / Bitter Gourd / Karela - 2
Turmeric Powder - a pinch
Chilli powder - 1 Tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil for frying
Cooking InstructionsCut the bitter gourd into two across its legth and remove the inner part with the seeds.
Slice in to thin semi circles.
Marinate the turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the marinated bitter gourd.

This can be eaten on its own or with your meal.
